This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Analytics tools, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.**Analytics and Tag Management**:- Manage data collection, data filtering, and data cleansing processes for all web properties, ensuring processes meet and follow current standards- Oversee tag management process for all web properties and oversee implementation of new tags according to current standards- Define and deliver appropriate analytics implementation for new initiatives, campaigns, pages, and websites- Build, implement, and manage web personalization and A/B testing methodologies and processes- Develop and drive a comprehensive Digital Experience Analytics strategy that meets current business needs and anticipates future business needs**Data Reporting and Visualization**- Collaborate within multiple stakeholders to define goals, KPIs and establish performance benchmarks for all initiatives.- Translate complex data and learnings into engaging, actionable, and easy-to-digest takeaways and insights.
