Having engaged Drivers is the cornerstone of our business and from our team we make sure we are giving them the right messages at the right time.We are looking for a passionate and talented Driver Marketing Manager with the ability to analyze market trends, driver behavior, and competitive landscapes to develop and execute effective holistic earnings marketing strategies that create value for our users. Someone who is capable of creating strategic frameworks while ensuring end-to-end planning and executionYou will be interacting with stakeholders across Spanish Speaking Latam from different areas in a fast growing and rapidly changing environment. You must be comfortable aligning goals and expectations and identifying market challenges and opportunities to support the company's objectives.Role Responsibilities:- The main marketing point of contact for Driver Engagement teams across Spanish Speaking Latam to align on core strategies related to Driver Earnings.- Developing compelling narratives and value propositions that build on Driver Earnings' perception- Creating end-to-end marketing strategies and scalable campaigns with a regional scope to impact driver engagement and earnings perception- Analyzing business and marketing data to understand the pain points and potential to boost driver engagement and perception- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans.- Creating briefs and working with the Creative Team to develop the best communications for Drivers.- Developing creative content via templates/video/copywriting in different channels to support driver engagement- Analyzing marketing data and setting clear goals and KPIs to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
