Description**Role and Responsibilities**:Lead and implement a range of growth, lead and demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on data analysis and systemic A/B testingDevelop and manage a roadmap of growth marketing experiments, establish initiative standard operating procedures to execute against and manage a team to follow.Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.G. PPC, SEO, PR, partner, etc) and conversion rate optimizationPartner with the Product Team to define user onboarding journeys, and increase acquisition, retention and referrals across all funnel stagesDrive SEO and Content strategy, working alongside writing team, to improve organic search trafficTranslate ideas to actionable items that deliver business resultsAnalyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiativesKeep abreast with the latest trends and changes with respect to B2B and e-commerce growth marketing strategiesEnjoy learning about health, performance and longevity and teaching others about it.**Requirements**:**Required Skills and Experiences**:3+ years of marketing work experience with a background in e-commerce lead generation, demand generation, customer acquisition and retention using creative and data driven approaches3+ years of experience in growth marketing and scaling tech companies, ideally with experience in a fast growing successful e-commerce company.A deep understanding of growth funnels and how to optimize at each stage with experience systematic A/B testing, CAC: LTV, ROAS, MQL, forecasting, google analytics, etc.Basic coding experience, in order to prioritize needs with product team and understand the lift of various initiatives (you won't be coding, but should be comfortable making quick edits to landing pages through CMS platforms)Professional writing skills are essential.
