EV Readiness coordinator role is key to analyze, compare, create, support and execute the strategic plans that are going to develop GMM EV strategy to position GM brand as a leader in EVs in the market. Innovation and flexibility to craft on the fly and re adjust plans to secure success is critical for a bullet proof execution.**- **Strategic plans for GMM EV development: Dealer network design for all channels; Charging infrastructure; Customer journey & digital tools to create a world-class experience; Commercial tools to accelerate EV adoption, that will enable a new EV business model.****Responsibilities may and include and are not limited to**:- ** Analyze market dynamics to understand changes at the EV industry, special focus on competitors' entries, positionings, distribution strategies and footprint.**- ** Develop product comparatives vs key competitors focused on 'electric' specs, battery size, acceleration, charging strategy.**- ** Coordinate cross-functional teams to make sure each milestone is accomplishing prior and during a product launch to execute extraordinary product launches**- ** Report of key performance KPIs around Bolt EUV (Leads, walk ins, credit appliances, contracts, invoices, sales, inventory aging, home charging orders, etc.)**- ** Dealer support for Bolt EUV includes product acknowledgment, inventory recommendations, sales performance, general guidelines.**- ** Develop a dashboard where all the key initiatives of the GMM EV strategic plan can be tracked, with the visibility of timings, milestones and KPI's**- ** Follow up on key initiatives by developing meeting minutes of agreements and next steps, making sure timing is accomplished on time and with high quality deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams.**- ** Develop proposals for the strategic plans for GMM EV development based on: Competitor intelligence, other market reference, similar development on other industries, mystery shopper**- ** Active learning of competitors EV activity in terms of product, charging infrastructure, dealer footprint by mystery shopper, research, global contact, etc. to deliver key insights on competitors' strategies.**- ** Develop a dealer support channel, to make sure the dealer readiness for EV's is executed on time, under GM requirements and with highest quality.**- ** Dealer support in terms of EV readiness that includes on site visits, general consultant and proper scalation process of the issues.**- ** Active communication and participation with global teams, to learn from other regions initiatives and present GMM strategies**- ** Work with potential charging infrastructure suppliers to present alternatives that best complements GMM charging strategy.**- ** Work with global teams in order to understand their learning on digital tools and propose alternatives to be implemented in the market
