General Manager Assistant, Amazon Logistics

DESCRIPTION:The General Manager Assistant will support the General Manager and fulfillment center Operations team.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
In this role, you must have the ability to communicate well and manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.Key job responsibilities:Administrative and secretarial supportPhotocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangementsCreating presentations using graphicsCompleting expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center StaffBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High school or equivalent1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience2+ years of experience providing support for senior leadership or 1+ years Amazon experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Associate's or Bachelor's DegreeStrong analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn organizational structure and the objectives of the teamStrong organizational and communication skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contactsFluent English proficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
