Job Title: Gerente Comercial de Negocio InstitucionalDepartment: ComercialReports to: Dirección ComercialDirect Reports: Ejecutivo y/o Analista ComercialTeam Size: 1Position OverviewExperienced manager responsible for maintaining and expanding the institutional business portfolio. The role includes exploring the market, developing sales strategies, and managing key accounts in group and collective insurance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial strategies for group and collective business growth.Cultivate agent channels to ensure policy placement, documentation, issuance, and renewal processes.Manage bidding for government accounts and design protection solutions for key corporate clients.Oversee the quotation, issuance, and post-sale service with insurers and alliances for business placements.Supervise account claims, policy information requests, premium payment processes, and agent commissions.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fieldExperience: 3-5 years in database management, process handling, and collective insuranceLanguages: Basic EnglishSkills: Problem-solving, team collaboration, effective communication, and strong customer orientationCompetenciesIntegrity, Results-oriented, Customer Service (Commercial)Task commitment, Teamwork, InitiativeKey RelationsInternal: Risk Coverage (quotations), Agent Administration, Sales Force Payments – DailyExternal: Agents (business placement), Insurers (new business/renewals), Insured Clients (account maintenance) – DailyEvaluation ModelIncludes training plans, work climate assessment, 90°/180°/360° evaluations, and individual performance reviews.ToolsResponsible for computer equipmentTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesPago complementario:Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiencia:Ventas: 5 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
