And if that's you, we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionGlobal Time SpecialistModality: HybridYou will report to: Global Time Team LeadResponsibilities:Be the main contact to Business and HR Service Centers to provide ongoing support, consult on time-related inquiries.Collaborate with HRIS team on configuration changes related to time and absence space.Test new features in Workday.Prepare reports based on users' needs.Participate in projects.Perform time-specific audits to ensure data accuracy.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a similar position.Advanced level of English.Workday experience.Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize many moving parts with a medium level of management.Familiarity with HR business processes and HR concepts.Ability to present technical information and processes to non-technical audiences.Understand testing cycles and activities related to HR system enhancements and upgrades.Work with complex processes to review.Additional Activities:Develop, implement, and maintain human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.Maintain internal database files and tables and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.Work with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands.Often work with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.#LI-AP2#LI-HybridAt Rockwell Automation, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
