(bilingual)****Benefits**- PTO (as long as you communicate and schedule in advance)- Monthly stipend towards health insurance**Key Responsibilities**:- Build and execute digital marketing ads- Know the audience, learn the reasons why ads are or aren't working, why budgets are or aren't working, and create a plan to execute- Improve the campaigns' performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis- Track and document KPIs- Optimize and maintain dashboards- Strategize and implement retargeting ads**Duties**- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google and setup ad accounts (campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, troubleshooting, etc.) in order to maximize ROAS.- Additionally monitor and optimize TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, Reddit, CTV platforms in order to maximize ROAS on those channels as well.- Collaborate with our team of digital marketers to take holistic approaches to client accounts, cross platforms, and cross departments, all while reporting to the departmental manager.- Work remotely and independently to meet objectives in a timely manner.- Liaison with account managers weekly or bi-weekly from each advertising platform to ensure we are utilizing best practices and are optimizing for highest ROI and capitalizing on all promotional efforts each platform offers such as matching spend (ie: we pay $10K, platform matches $5K).- Collaborate on audit and analysis reports for clients, such as assessing website SEO, writing suggestions for optimization, and other analytical remarks.- Tracking campaign performance by analyzing data using day over day, week over week, month over month, and year over year views for overall best optimization for highest performance.- Implement and GTM tracking configurations.- Post to social media channels.- Write ads, blogs, and content.- Optimize ad copy and landing pages for paid campaigns.- Continually expand and optimize paid keyword discovery.- Research and analyze competitor campaigns.- Make recommendations for campaign improvement resulting in performance increases.- Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget, appropriately estimating monthly costs and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.- Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
