We are seeking a Growth Retention & Engagement Specialist. This role will be responsible for setting and managing performance objectives for CRM initiatives, collaborating with key teams to drive user retention and engagement. You will track campaign performance and KPIs, generating analyses that enhance the user experience. You will define business hypotheses and conduct A/B tests to optimize strategic projects. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of initiatives and participate in meetings to share ideas and obtain approvals. You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to contribute to the company's strategic planning.
The Role: Management of CRM Strategies: Collaborate with Product, Growth CRM, and Data teams to design and manage retention and engagement strategies that drive user retention and engagement. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of retention and engagement campaigns, including tracking key metrics like incremental revenue, user engagement, and churn rate to ensure alignment with company goals. Goal Setting and Reporting: Establish performance baselines and set actionable goals. Track the progress of CRM initiatives and report on performance to senior management and key stakeholders. A/B Testing and Hypothesis Validation: Define business hypotheses, lead A/B tests, analyze results, and implement improvements to optimize the user experience and business outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including Product, Strategy, and Data teams, to ensure the execution of key initiatives and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Insight Generation: Use data-driven analysis to generate insights into user behavior, product performance, and customer lifecycles. Share these insights with relevant teams to enhance decision-making. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects related to retention and engagement, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time and meet performance expectations. Business Case Development: Create business cases for potential projects, ensuring alignment with Clip's overall vision and financial objectives. Present these cases to leadership for approval. Continuous Optimization: Analyze the outcomes of retention initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns and strategies. Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to provide valuable insights for strategic planning and retention initiatives. Ideal Candidate: At least 3 years of experience in a data or analytically driven role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in strategic analysis, preferably in the fintech or payments industry. Experience using database languages (any SQL variant) required. Experience in communicating results to both analytically oriented and broader audiences. Proficiency with Google suite products. Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, and agile environment.
