They will also be responsible for driving innovation by owning internally developed automated marketing products and platforms by leveraging Amazon's cutting-edge technologies. This position is one of the key senior leaders in the Mexico Marketing and Prime organization. The impact of this role is significant and broad, accounting for a large percentage of all amazon.Com.Mx new customers, traffic, and sales. The position reports to the Head of Marketing, Prime, and Customer Lifecycle for Amazon Mexico.Key job responsibilities:Lead formulation of Automated Marketing strategies for Mexico, including identifying key target customer segments, competitive environment, our program's strengths, and areas to invest for future innovations.Manage, improve and innovate marketing programs, such as Mobile App Installs, Sponsored Links, Google Shopping Ads, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Ads.Drive topline while managing marketing budget, meeting ROI criteria.Deliver results and help Amazon meet or exceed goals in sales, profitability, new customers, and various high-value Amazon programs such as Prime membership and Mobile App engagement.Work directly with tech teams across Amazon to define and get new development projects on tech roadmap.Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the category leadership to achieve shared goals
