.Head of Paid Media / Media Director45/RPM is a Digital Agency with a team of strategists, designers, front-end and back-end developers, copywriters, and project managers in our Washington, DC and Mexico City offices.We are looking for an experienced Head of Paid Media - someone who would be responsible for leading a team of paid media specialists and ensuring that the team is delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. The media director will work closely with the media team to plan and implement campaigns on different platforms such as social media, programmatic, DSP, etc.Responsibilities include:- Managing and mentoring a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow and develop in their roles.- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and target audience, and then create a strategic plan to reach those goals. This person will be on the hook for results and providing campaign optimizations based on performance.- Conducting research and analysis to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors.- Lead the media department in all projects and campaigns, and be able to respond on behalf of the team.- Developing paid media strategies that align with the client's business objectives- They would be responsible for leading the reports from paid efforts that would include analyzing various performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to evaluate the success of a campaign.- Be in charge of the vendors' and partners' communications, making sure our clients are taken care of.- Be on top of the latest trends in digital marketing.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience in the same role in an ad or marketing agency.- Experience with managing a team.- Proven track record of producing great strategy work in a marketing business and reporting on that work for internal and external audiences using tools such as Data Studio.- Experience in the following channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, AdRoll, Quantcast, Twitter, Spotify, Snapchat, TikTok, Meta.- Experience with B2B and B2C clients.- Self-driven and proactive.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.What We Offer:- A small, fun, and dynamic office space filled with enthusiastic young professionals - music is always playing!- Relaxed dress code (with the exception of client meetings)- Healthcare and generous vacation policyAt 45RPM, we think of ourselves as a team of misfits.
