The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, and strong analytical abilities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can cultivate sales talent, promote top performers into leadership positions, and drive overall sales performance.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.Scale the inside sales team from initial hires to a full team of 50 sales professionals.Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.Team Management:Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.Identify and develop high-potential team members for leadership roles.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Sales Operations:Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Implement sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Analytical Reporting:Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.Customer Relationship Management:Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions promptly.Compliance and Ethics:Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the team.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
