carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical:
based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical:
based communication networks sold to businesses,governments and individuals for their own use.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position.

B. Keep employee records up to date.
C. Process resignations, terminations and terminations of contracts.
D. Absenteeism and Turnover Reports.

E. Communication with Production Supervisors to facilitate the good working environment.
G. Responsible for the Glass Wall.
H.Monthly Labor Relations activities report.
I. Follow:
upsecurity reports.
J. Support events.
K. Support Cafeteria and Transportation Services

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
:
Bachelor degree in Human resources or similar:
1 + years of Importante empresa in attention of internal staffing in the labor area, and labor unions:
1+ of Importante empresa within the HR area:
Excelent English Level:
Schedule Availability (rotating shifts):
