**NORTH AMERICA HUB ANALYST**
**Purpose of the Job**
Hub Analyst role supports the running activities of Human Resources function by creating documents and data for North America Employees.
**General objetives**
- Support HR team across North America in every Key Employee Moment (KEM)
- Document generation depending on the Key Employee Moment
- Maintenance of our HR Data CRM
- Identify and propose E2E process automation
**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible of HR query management resolution by providing world class experience
- Responsible of data management of North America employees (Workday)
- Support the creation of North America documentation by KEM.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and peers.
- Guarantee the data quality by following audit processes on a regular basis.
- Continues improvement process.
- SOPs update.
**Background and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, admin or a related field require.
- Goal driven attitude.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.
- An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.
- Display influencing, communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative, resourceful and "can do" attitude.
- High attention to detail, process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.
- Strong quantitative skills for data driven decisions.
- Language: Advanced English
- Tools: Experienced in Excel, Outlook, MS Forms, Service Now or equivalent, Workday, or equivalent.
