**You Are**:
UST is searching for a Hyland OnBase Developer who will utilize best practices, automation (testing and deployments), code reviews, documentation, code reuse, performant code.
**The opportunity**:
- Participates in on-call pager rotation for out of hours support.
- Manages workload through Agile sprints so use of JIRA, TFS and Agile/Dev Ops practices are beneficial.
- Works on Global/International project - EMEA, US and APAC so may need some flexibility to attend early AM, late evening meetings from time to time, as part of 40hr week
- Uses strong communication skills to articulate problems and solutions to both product stakeholders and the development team.
- Designs, develops, tests, documents deploy and supports API-based systems, focusing on industry best practices with a cloud-first emphasis.
- Draws upon creativity, experience, and multiple sources of information to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Offers constructive feedback to team on ways to improve solutions and deliverables.
- Manages individual tasks and timelines with an ability to work without direct supervision.
- Seeks continuous quality improvements for supported systems.
- Understands large enterprise global deployment.
- Supports server configurations, cloud technologies and migration efforts to cloud
- Mentors and coaches teammates

**What you need**:
- Hyland Certifications:
- Required (Active / Current):
- OnBase WorkView
- Desired, but not required:
- API (now known as Hyland Developer Specialist)
- OnBase Administrator (encouraged before config changes in OnBase)
- OnBase Workflow
- Experience/Skills for OnBase Developer
- 5+ year experience in large enterprise deployments, infrastructure, OnBase development and support
**Benefits**
