Import Supply Chain Planning Manager The North America (NAM) Import and Export Planning Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to fill a full-time position assuming the role of Import Supply Chain Planning Manager. The Import Supply Chain Planning Manager will be leading a team of flow controllers responsible for executing the flow of imported Schneider goods into Mexico and Central America and managing products processed through 3PLs, in order to balance service and costs and deliver on the impacted Business Units financial goals.Within this role you will work closely with suppliers, international trade compliance, project managers, offer marketing, sales, finance, business development, SIOP, logistics, and affiliate locations across the globe.
Key Responsibilities · Lead a high-performance team: hiring, goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well-being.
· Lead digitization and planning competencies upskilling efforts
· Responsible for management of all flows of Finished Goods inventory within assigned scope
· Lead and improve internal supplier's performance in term of service level and lead time.
· Lead Short Interval Management (SIM) with suppliers, and affiliate locations to provide or receive updates on critical supply chain challenges and actions
· Ensure data accuracy and everything in line with data governance policies
· Key point of contact for projects involving Mexico and Central America Import
· Ensure compliance with key internal controls
· Taking action to ensure we meet key performance indicators
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal contacts.
· Proven ability to work in a team environment between various functions of an organization

Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience · Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business
· Minimum 5 years of Replenishment strategy, Supply Planning, inventory, and logistics management.
· Experience with Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle or other planning software packages
· High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
