En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.International Trade & Customs Compliance Expert - MXYour Tasks & Responsibilities:Providing ITCC business consultancy for the country on relevant trade compliance topics and leading trade compliance activities due to CoE directives, as follows:Ø FTA and Origin Management, Customs Valuation & Business model, Tariff Classification, Security Programs (AEO), Customs Broker Compliance, Internal & External Audits and others.Provide guidance on legal requirements for Customs brokers (Import / Export Licensing & Documentation).Make sure Customs broker's gets detailed and reliable instructions on how to perform the customs clearance of goods on behalf of Bayer concerning the origin, customs value or HS code or others.Be involved in Trade Facilitation activities to improve the Supply Chain.Manage Customs Bonds & Suspensions and monitor cases of antidumping.Prepare and fill Prior Disclosures and Voluntary Self Disclosures when required.Manage the necessary actions to ensure the collection of Export Refunds/Duty Drawback.Manage Special Duty & Customs Programs (Temporary Imports, Free Trade Zones, Maquila model, etc.)Providing guidance, consulting and subject matter expertise on Customs Compliance for all divisions of the country, having a very closed relationship with the Customs Compliance Officers (CCO) and Supply Chain in order to ensure that LatAm policies and procedures are aligned with corporate-wide policies and procedures, as well as, regional and international regulation.Performing internal controls and leading external audits to ensure the compliance of the procedures. It involves the maintenance of the risk matrix; identify improvement opportunities, prepare audit reports and conduct post-audit follow up and corrective action to avoid customs compliance issues.Supporting governmental inquiries and investigations as well as accompanying contacts with responsible authorities.Developing, maintaining and conducting internal training programs (automated and face-to-face) for import and export compliance.Supporting designed processes and procedures and update them to ensure compliance with new or revised regulations.Interacting with government agencies and chambers, according to the strategy defined along with the Head of CoE ITCC LatAm.Researching, interpreting and communicating regulations pertaining to international trade.Who You Are:Graduation (BA) in International Trade/Relations, Business Administration, Foreign Trade Law or an equivalent qualification
