About the Role The IT Business Analyst serves as the channel between the customer community and the solution development teams, supporting the delivery and execution of the necessary technology services to the business by analyzing, refining, and supporting the process to implement the requirements.

What You Will Do Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is system analysis, understanding customer and user requirements. Participate in pre-studies and analysis of business requirements to develop & document comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources according to standard templates. Keep track on process execution, align the requirements with sponsors, business and IT, this to be able to accomplish the solution proposed in the end-to-end process. Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process. Manage and control development work delivered by Essity suppliers to ensure expected quality and business outcome. Ensure that solutions meet business objectives and requirements outlined in the design documentation. Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented according to Essity IT standards. Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification. Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery to develop competencies within the business and increase their own capabilities. Creating and deploying KPI's, analytics, and dashboard solutions including design, development, deployment, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management. Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization. Manage Analytical IT projects for Latam. Who You Are Have an appetite for sharing experience and knowledge to develop competencies within IT colleagues and Business partners. Strong written and oral communication skills to support and coach others on both IT and business sides. Be an organized person and capable of proactively solving problems. Ability to manage analytics project from start to end. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral. Master's-bachelor's degree in a relevant area and working experience. Experience designing and developing solutions through analytic tools. Good understanding of SQL, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data bricks and Azure Data Lake (in terms of connectivity). Understanding of modern software design and development methodologies - SAP S/4 HANA and/or Data Lake/Data Bricks. Hands-on experience in creating and deploying KPI, analytics, and dashboard solutions including design, development, deployment, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management projects and practices. Ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team and business partners. More About (location) This position is offered with a hybrid working pattern. Onsite days are planned to be based in our office in Santa Fe (México), Monterrey (México), Colombia (Medellín), Chile, Brazil.
