RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition is one of the key deployment options for our customers' cloud transformation.What you'll doAs an Enhanced Operations Service Specialist, you are responsible for:Ensuring day-to-day quality service delivery and achieving various ambitious service KPIs and SLAs.Providing expert support for all Linux OS/Windows and Infra customer issues.Participating in major incident handling and troubleshooting service request failures.Taking proactive steps to avoid escalations and driving initiatives to improve operations.Conducting root cause analysis for service request failures and performance issues.Coordinating work between various teams within and outside Enterprise Cloud Service units.Bringing in continuous improvement initiatives to address customer pain points.Streamlining standard operating procedures by focusing on automation enhancements.Providing proactive operation services for customers.What you'll bringStrong experience in the administration of cloud platforms based on Linux operating systems in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.Practical experience with OS operation, upgrades, and security patching.Networking experience with TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, and firewalls.Experience with network services like DNS and LDAP.Good understanding of IT security and OS hardening.Experience in script programming (e.G., Shell, Perl, Python) and server automation tools (e.G., Ansible, CHEF).Experience in problem management and root cause analysis methodologies.Education and Qualifications:8+ years of related professional experience.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management.Cloud knowledge and experience of working in Public Cloud Domains.Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way.Very good communication and networking skills.Strong customer service focus and very good English language skills.Flexibility to work on weekends and off-hours as required.Please submit your Resume/CV in EnglishWe win with inclusionSAP is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
