We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro's office.Responsibilities:Carry out research and create requirements using document analysis and constant interaction with various stakeholders.Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, technical specifications, and write findings in the form of reports.Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.Ability to analyze and extract relevant information from large, complicated data sets of structured and unstructured data.Proficiency at producing and maintaining scaled, automated, user-friendly reporting systems and dashboards.Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required, both verbally and in writing.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, reporting tools, and structures to track key metrics.Work with end users to understand their conceptual needs for production.Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, and analyses used to drive key business decisions.Requirements:Power BI or Tableau knowledge preferable.High level of technical expertise in making dashboards from scratch.Support operations and shop team daily to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence.Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations.Self-starter with good judgment and can proactively manage up where appropriate.Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations.Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills.Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.Benefits:Competitive Pay.Healthcare Benefit Package.Career Growth.Food Coupons.Savings Funds.Life insurance.In Charger Logistics, we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee.
