- Communication with different departments to meet customer's expecations

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Business Bachelor's Degree / Equivalent or 2+ years in Customer Service or related fields
- Advance English and French languages is a MUST
- Advanced SAP knowledge
- Advance Excel Skills
