The position is not a full-time, week-long role.
Instead, the assistant will be scheduled for specific tasks throughout the week, with clear communication about the time and duration of each appointment in advance.TasksKey Responsibilities:1- Shipment Assistance:Assist with the preparation of shipments to and from the office, including packing, organizing, and ensuring proper documentation.Review incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and following up with delivery companies.Reach out to carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
to confirm shipment statuses and resolve any delivery issues.2- Inventory Management:Perform regular inventory checks to ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies.Maintain accurate inventory records and update them as needed.Report any discrepancies or low stock levels to the relevant team members.3- Device Maintenance & Technical Support:Check on installed devices in the office, ensuring they are functioning properly.Assist with the installation of new devices, ensuring correct setup and configuration.Troubleshoot basic technical issues, such as checking internet connectivity or ensuring devices are properly plugged in.Ensure all devices are working within the office's IT infrastructure.4- General Office Assistance:Provide support for various tasks as needed, such as organizing the office, filing documents, or preparing for meetings.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Assist other team members as required, ensuring overall office efficiency.5- Communication:Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding the status of shipments, inventory, and technical issues.Coordinate with external service providers (e.G., couriers, technical support) to resolve issues and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.RequirementsRequirements:Energetic & Motivated: Must be proactive and able to take initiative when handling tasks and resolving issues.Detail-Oriented: Must have an eye for detail when managing shipments, performing inventory checks, and troubleshooting technical issues
