The Manager of Client Services will lead a team of Account Managers, with the goal of upholding our reputation for delivering industry-leading client service.
Additionally, this role will allow you to use your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns, drive increased investment, and come up with unique solutions that ensure client satisfaction.StackAdapt is a Remote First company though we are looking to hire someone in Mexico.What you'll be doing:Leading a team of AMs, the Manager, Client Services will ensure that all members of the team understand the company's objectives and work together to achieve them.Tracking, monitoring, and evaluating quarterly revenue targets given to each AM on the team where account retention and growth are the main objectives.Coaching the AMs to make strategic plans to achieve objectives and capitalize on opportunities within their portfolios while providing proactive help with the team's largest and high potential accounts.Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency within the team, such as the development of tools, procedures, or processes, or team education.Hiring new AMs and developing training materials to help onboard new team members.Working with other department leads representing the Client Service team's best interests, sharing feedback, and providing ideas to bring solutions to any relevant issues.Creating and implementing individual personal growth plans with each direct report.Acting as the main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts.Providing in-depth client consultation on StackAdapt DSP, including campaign setup, performance insights, optimization strategies, and new growth opportunities to meet KPIs.Conducting in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education.Traveling as necessary.What you'll bring to the table:Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English.Experience working with clients throughout the LATAM market.3+ years of experience managing a team.3+ years of account management, planning, and execution experience in the programmatic space.Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads, or ads executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
