We take our role in the customer experience very seriously but strive above all to build a team that works together and supports each other in the office and out.The primary function of this role is to support Aftersales (AS) Vehicle Connected Services (VCS) Marketing, Operations, and Reporting functions, specifically regarding data aggregation, processing, analytics, and reporting.This position will report directly to AS VCS Marketing Planning, but will support stakeholders across the broader AS VCS Marketing Team.**Duties and Responsibilities**:This position is critical to the pipeline of data reporting and analytics with expectations/responsibilities to:Gather and process information from various internal and internal sources of customer and marketing data.Maintain access to the data, ingest, process, cleanse, format, store, and distribute dataEnsure accuracy of data and information across all referencesEnsure the data transformed is reproducible and deterministic. Each transform must produce the same results each time it is executed given the same input. Understand Connected Car Services (CCS) offerings, partners, and processes to build and maintain knowledge of data sources and integrationInvoice verification and managementMaintenance, review, and distribution of technical publications related to VCS productsMinimum Requirements**Job Knowledge and Skill**:Management of large data setsFamiliarity and mastery of Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-driven and curious, with excellent project management skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks/directionExperience in project management.**Experience**:3 to 5 years of directly related professional-level**Travel**: Ability to travel to the United States**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Data Engineering or related.**Language**: English - Expert**Other Desired Computer Skills**:Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.G.
