As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company's mission and standards.You will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and work together with the divisions within marketing and across other departments such as sales, finance, and operations.**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of marketing operations such as setup, reporting, and analytics so all campaigns and reporting run smoothly with no data loss- Monitor business activities and performance of marketing campaigns- Monitor and track key performance indicators across lifecycle stages- Proactively analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data- Provide reports for management that showcase investment performance- Manage and enhance relationships with vendors and other key technology partners- Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities in our financial modeling- Manage the marketing budget with the marketing leadership team- Coordinate various ad campaigns, support events, and create automated nurturing sequences that convert more prospects into clients**What You Offer**:- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role- Experience with reporting and analytics specifically with with Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Google Ads + Analytics, Metadata
