We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Specialist. This individual will be part of the Category Marketing Operations team for North America. One key objective is to champion a data-driven culture by conducting in-depth analysis to generate insights that will support stakeholders on strategic decision making. This role will also assist with the execution of operational activities related to the Category Management/Category Marketing Operations team.**JOB DUTIES**:- Conduct in-depth analysis on category performance to identify root causes and provide insights for improvement opportunities- Develop reports to showcase trends for business reviews, supplier meetings, and as needed- Partner with Data Analytics team to automate reports as needed for the Category Strategists and Category Marketing Teams- Monitors KPI and metrics for Category Marketing Operations and Category Management- Complete promotion analysis and evaluating performance against revenue projections- Analyze promo items and recommend forecast- Conduct competitive and industry analysis, and share with stakeholders- Problem-solve cost deviation issues with relevant stakeholders- Review products to return by completing RMA files and manage markdown as needed for non-returnable products. Collaborate with Demand Planning and Category Managers as needed- Be the point of contact for supplier's reporting needs; setup and troubleshooting issues- Assist with website enhancement, product data updates, and support PIM efforts as required- Other duties as required- Travel ~10%**YOU MUST HAVE**:- 3+ years marketing operations, category management, promo analysis- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail- 1-2 years reporting, data analysis and insights- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and advanced formulas for data manipulation and calculation- Experience within retail distribution or similar high transaction environment- Possess strong relationship building and business acumen- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access Database**WE VALUE**:- Team player who can work effectively with others- Results-driven by being proactive and implement effective solutions in a timely manner- Great time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment**WHAT'S IN FOR YOU**:- Great work environment and Resideo benefits are above the law.LI-OnsiteLI-CR1At Resideo, we bring together diverse individuals to build the future of homes.
