It is one of the most exciting times to join the Subway team and contribute to our transformational journey.**About the Role**:We have an exciting opportunity to support our Latin American Team as a Marketing Specialist in Mexico. The Marketing Specialist will assist the Marketing Manager in the planning and implementation of the annual marketing calendar. Work together with local teams with advertising and innovation projects and processes to increase market profitability.**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Manage Window Activation Budget tracking and reconciliation for SMO that contributes to national plan (invoicing).- Work with creative services teams to help develop and review different marketing elements such as tv ads, radio ads and live reads, social media posts, digital banners and menus, website pages, and print ads.- Support innovation process working together with Supply Chain, R&D and Operations- Coaching BDA, Franchisee board, agencies conferences: Schedule, set-up, assist and Take notes of weekly/monthly conference calls.- Plan and Present Window Launch Meeting.- Compile complete Window Recap Deck.- Provide Local Store Marketing leadership to local teams.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field required.- Business to consumer experience, preferred.- Previous experience in media planning (digital, radio, tv, etc.) required.- Must have had previous experience managing budgets with leadership guidance & support, this includes maintenance of existing vendor relationships and identifying new partnerships, as needed.- Previous experience in food & beverage/Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) preferred.- Must be BILINGUAL (English & Spanish)- 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing field/similar role.- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, working with internal and external stakeholders.- Communication and negotiation skills are required Working knowledge of company's functions and duties.- Ability to work under deadlines manage projects.- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Must be good communicator, both written and verbal and be able to work well with others.- Works well independently, with mínimal supervision
