**What you'll do?
**
- Expertise in Dell EMC/IBM, Infinidat, NetApp, and Cohesity systems
- Configuring and managing Fibre Channel (FC), iSCSI, NFS, and SMB protocols for
- Provide storage provisioning for NAS/CAS/SAN systems
- Providing L2/L3 DAS, SAN, NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
- Implement, maintain, monitor, performance tuning and upgrade Network Attached Storage (NAS) environment
- Storage Array/NAS Performance Tuning
- Requires expertise with the design, configuration, and administration, tuning, optimizing and troubleshooting for NFS/CIFS protocol on NetApp and EMC Isilon storage arrays
- Understand and troubleshoot the SMB, NFS and CIFS shares networking protocols.
**What you'll bring**:
- Play a key role in Business Continuity Planning and DR strategy
- Provide 24x7 IT operations support in a team on a rotation and on-call basis
- Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems
- Develop an understanding of project engagement processes (Service Readiness) and partner with project teams on Conditions of Satisfaction deliverables including support documentation
