The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our energy solutions, focusing on energy efficiency, power quality, and building automation. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Offer Development: Lead the development of innovative product offerings that meet customer needs and align with market trends.Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration.Liaison with Line of Business (LoB): Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing initiatives.Pricing Management: Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability.New Product Launches: Manage the launch process for new products, including market analysis, positioning, and promotional activities.Financial Review: Analyze financial performance, including delta pricing and margins, to inform strategic decisions and optimize product offerings.Qualifications:We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
