This Job is located in #LI-Remote within Mexico and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Help with or provide support to a specific business or function, demonstrating prior experience.
- Member of the Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE) team and works with the businesses and the main users in OTM globally.
- Participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of business solutions.
- Work with Business Analysts from the Primary Systems (Oracle R12 / SAP / EDI)
- Identify customer requirements, develop test schedules, review testing plans, and manage and detail the development and results of these plans.
- Understand our needs and propose / design solutions.
**Qualifications**
- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
- 4 years' experience with Oracle Transportation Management tool.
- Experience with how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes.
- The position may require occasional travel and schedule flexibility.
