This role will focus on our business in Mexico in a cross-functional environment, partnering closely with our clients, forwarding partners, ocean carriers, trucking providers but also different teams across the company to achieve our common objectives.You willOversee and drive the end-to-end success of Flexport's operations in Mexico, ensuring alignment with global standards and objectives.Lead the performance of Flexport's ocean, air, freight forwarding, trucking, and CFS partners.
Utilize global metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to achieve operational excellence, quality, and consistency.Manage local customer relationships in Mexico, driving their success through exceptional service.Act as the subject matter expert for Mexican operations.
Apply advanced problem-solving skills to analyze processes, conduct deep dives, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Define and execute the regional network strategy by analyzing the partner and competitive landscape, ensuring compliance, and aligning with growth priorities.
Identify when and where to add or remove partners to meet cost, quality, and expansion goals.Partner with local, regional, and global teams—including Sales, Account Management, Trade Lane Managers (Air, Ocean, Warehousing), and Operations—to design tailored logistics solutions for clients and drive new business opportunities for Flexport.Be a trusted advisor and coach to Partners; continuously identifying gaps and develop innovative and creative solutions to improve their performance
