.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead the administration of the functions of Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Operations, IT and Quality, through systems such as Strategic Plan, Board Meetings, Staff Meetings, Matrix Project and Period Reviews from (KPM / KPI).Lead the development and implementation of the procedures that help to continuously improve diverse areas related to the quality system in this organization.Lead the plant's strategic planning, providing updated knowledge and future vision of world-class manufacturing techniques, according to the competitive position of the company and corporate plans.Ensure the high quality of the manufactured products through the Process Control Plan, PFMEA, work instructions, and processes monitoring.Ensure the correct administration of raw material, WIP, and finished goods to maximize inventory turns.Revise and approve the human resources policies and procedures that regulate employee behavior in the organization in the dimensions of integral performance and a great labor environment.Take the facility to a world-class level that our customers will recognize as the best in class of operational proficiency.Lead the elaboration of the annual budget for each department and ensure proper administration during implementation to maintain better operation costs.Ensure follow-up of the company's policies and procedures in all activities and by the employees.Promote a culture organizational based on the Company's Vision, Mission, and Principles.Who You Are:You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations.You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options.You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to yourself.For This Role, You Will Need:Minimum 10 years of experience in the Export Industry, preferably Metal Mechanical Industry.Minimum 7 years of experience in a Manager Position such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and/or Materials.Minimum 5 years in a position as an Operations Manager.Minimum 5 years in management of Quality Systems.Minimum 5 years in management of Production of Materials.Our Offer To You:Benefits: At Emerson we offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees such as private health insurance with dependent coverage, flexible work opportunities, wellness center, door-to-door transportation, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), career growth focus, and many more.Commitment to Diversity and Equal Opportunity: Emerson is committed to its core values and believes in respecting DE&I.
