**Responsibilities**:
Coaching and alignment of the Product Manager, Customers and Business Owners to understand agility as well as the development of an agile mindset.
Coaches the Product Managers and the associated teams to have a common basic understanding of process, principle and used methods (e.g.
integration testing or requirements).
Assists stakeholders with economic decision-making by guiding features and capabilities estimation.
Brings the Agile Release Train into a self-sustaining state (self-organizing, self-managing teams, and collaborating teams).
Facilitates agile ceremonies, e.g., the Product Increment planning event, Inspect and Adapt Workshop, and System Demo.
Facilitates Product Increment Planning readiness.
Supports proper team setup/organization and knowledge, skill and competency distribution.
Develops Agile Teams, which may be distributed over multiple locations and roles like collaboration with architecture team.
Identify, own and remove impediments of the agile release train to optimize the flow of value through the teams.
Escalate and track impediments to Solution Train Engineers or line management in case an own clarification was not successful.
Drives the Agile Release Train efforts in relentless improvement (e.g.
via Inspect and Adapt workshops) and challenges the team actively to improve their efficiency, i.e.
by increasing automation rate.
Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities by monitoring the overall performance of the ART in order to ensure a continuously improving development flow in assistance to the Product Management.
Foster relentless improvement.
Acts as interface and guide to the non-agile world to protect the Agile Teams and the Agile Release Train.
Summarizes and publish Program Increment objectives for visibility and transparency.
Ensure alignment between disciplines.
Supports proper Release Train setup/organization.
**Qualifications**:
Necessary requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Similar.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Willing to - work in distributed global team environment.
- Fluent English skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Certification in Agile.
Desired requirements
- SW specific tooling like Jira/ confluence and doors.
- Automotive process experience.
