On the Qualtrics Procurement team, we aim to enable Qualtrics' mission and vision by providing the right third-party solutions at the right time. We have embarked on an extensive transformation of our procurement operating model, focusing on implementing industry best practices and optimizing supplier spending.
As the Procurement Analyst, you will be a part of the Procure to Pay Operations team. Your responsibility will include supporting the Procurement and Accounts Payable team(s), as well as sourcing/contracting non-strategic activities at Qualtrics. This may include ad hoc acquisitions, renewals, and low-value/low-risk partnerships. This role supports Qualtrics' business globally. This role will be part of the "bench" for the category team(s) and will support one or more categories:

- Develop and execute effective category strategies supported by executable sourcing plans
- Lead strategic sourcing projects with business executives while running a full portfolio of sourcing relationships
- Act as a consultant to business partners in the supplier sourcing process, communicating approach for supplier agreement negotiations and/or ongoing projects
- Partner with internal organizations to: define moderate to complex product/service requirements; assist with identifying suppliers; run RFx process and evaluations; provide supplier evaluation framework; and make recommendations on supplier selection
- Conduct analysis, coordinate key partner participation (Legal, Tax, Information Security, Finance, etc.), and execute supporting administrative processes
