Reporting to the Head of Program, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving our IDQ strategies and processes across our expansive 3P seller network.Key job responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive IDQ program for our 3P sellers in Mexico, driving improvements in product data quality, catalog accuracy, and operational efficiency.- Analyze product data, seller performance, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and use these insights to inform IDQ strategy and decision-making.- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the 3P Mexico IDQ program, setting targets and driving continuous improvement.- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new IDQ initiatives, processes, and tools, ensuring smooth rollouts and adoption across the 3P seller network.- Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership on the performance and health of the 3P Mexico IDQ program.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and customer expectations, and incorporate these into the 3P Mexico IDQ program.- Experience with SQL- Experience working with 3P seller networks or international operations highly preferred
