Manages the project team and maintains records of key project milestones, necessary decisions, roadblocks, risks, and resource assessments.
Provides periodic communication to stakeholders and leadership through project planning and dashboard creation.
This role typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience.Must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, project management skills, time and task management, project planning skills (including Gantt chart creation), and fluent English communication skills.General engineering skills are desirable, such as:- A3 form for problem-solving methodology- 8D support- Drawing interpretation- Driving a DRBFM (Design Review by Failure Mode) & DVP (Design Validation Plan) meeting- DFA (Design for Assembly) / DFM (Design for Manufacturing) CAD models (Sub-assemblies & FGs)- Driving engineering changes (ECR/ECN)- Food safety knowledge (NSF requirements & design impacts)- Electrical safety knowledge (UL/CE requirements & design impacts)- Sheet metal clearance design and tolerances- Injection molding design and tooling
