This position reports toR&D Team Lead
Your responsibilitiesLeads sub-area project team.Defines and suggests to R&D Project Manager scope of work, cost/budget, resources required and time schedule.Monitors and controls activities.Fosters a positive team environment, technical excellence, and continuous attention to quality and built-in quality practices.Identifies, contains, and reduces risks.Oversees / facilitates the development and management of cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives for projects.Your backgroundBachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics or Robotics Engineering.3 years of experience in Projects Management (budget control, time control, risk management).New products development, re-design, improvement of existing and/or customized products.Strong electrical and electronic knowledge preferred, and knowledge of laboratory and electrical measurement equipment preferred.Knowledge of power electrical equipment motor control centers and/or switchgear preferred.Understanding of UL, ANSI, and IEEE standards. Availability to travel (15% International).Strong oral and written communication, leadership, strong interpersonal, Problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize, make decisions in difficult or ambiguous situation, change management/facilitation skills and strong technical background.Advanced level of English.More about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
