Remote Bilingual Bookkeeper

TurnkeyISP is seeking a skilled Bilingual (English & Spanish )bookkeeper assistant to help maintain our financial records
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team.
What you will do:
Documenting transaction details Putting together financial reports Fact-checking accounting data Maintain GL, records of financial transactions by maintaining chart of accounts recording financial transactions.
Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
Draft and report financial presentations.
Reconcile financial books, including incoming and outgoing funds.
Manage relationship with the CPA Accountant.
Qualifications for this position would be:

- Detail oriented, organized, dependable and honest
- Analytical thinker - good with numbers and spreadsheets
- Ability to focus on timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong interpersonal skills - optimistic and friendly
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: Up to $11,929.58 per month
