Success in this role hinges on the advancement of a robust sales and marketing strategy, coupled with the ongoing cultivation of a high-performance, value-driven team.What We're Looking For:Oversee all sales activities for North Latin America, including teams in Mexico and Colombia.Lead the development and evolution of the sales team to align with the overall business strategy.Cultivate a solutions-based, value-selling culture among direct reports and customers.Achieve regional sales targets for revenue, volume, material margin, gross profit, and operating income.Develop and manage the effectiveness of customer impact statements within the region.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key customers and distributors.Evaluate and optimize channels to market.Focus on maximizing current strengths by targeting profitable growth areas.Develop and implement plans to deliver value solutions.Engage constructively with other functions to ensure superior customer service.Collaborate closely with marketing and product platforms to value current and future solutions in alignment with global divisional initiatives and regional market conditions.Drive the transition from a product-selling to a solutions-selling mindset.Communicate regularly with team members, internal partners, and business management regarding business development, competitive activity, and market trends.Manage the project pipeline, including prioritizing projects and assigning appropriate resources.Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.G
