In this vital role you will be responsible for:- Driving improvements in line with affiliate strategic objectives with Commercial Directors.- Participating with the Marketing team in developing and driving the brand strategic and operational plans.- Building the operational strategy and infrastructure for our sales organization.- Lead the country's Commercial Excellence team.- Developing Sales and Commercial Excellence strategy for the country.- Driving Commercial Excellence process from Strategic Brand Planning by Marketing to Operational Sales Plan for our customer facing staff.- Improving commercial performance management.- Collaborating with regional SME projects and initiatives to share standard processes and align efforts.**Marketing**- Driving the commercial, operational and value excellence processes and continuously improve them in support of the affiliate strategy.- Driving multi-channel platform, ensuring alignment with multi-channel strategy.- Improving customer segmentation & targeting in line with Amgen's customer engagement models.- Identifying standard process and sharing locally and regionally.**Sales**- Mature and advance customer activity/account planning & monitoring.- Delivering Performance Management to build impactful organizations that are focused on perform and continuous improvement.- Leading efforts to efficiently benchmark, analyze, and optimize the use of customer facing resources.- Partner with the business to supervise sales performance and address issue appropriately.- Provide Commercial Data Management: a clear one-stop platform that brings together all sales, activities and customer data.- Continuous improvement and future development of CRM systems and Sales Analysis tools according to business requirements.- Responsible for leading, developing and maintaining sales incentive systems.**Commercial Excellence Team**- Leading a team with a focus on Sales Force effectiveness, multi-channel and insights generation.- Orchestrate and lead sophisticated, cross-functional Sales Force projects.- Facilitating Analytics, Dashboarding and Insights to identify and communicate customer needs and insights in order to achieve revenue growth objectives
