.Sales Operations Support Representative - NA HPE Aruba NetworkingThis role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.
**The NA HPE Aruba Networking Sales Operations Support Representative role will be a dedicated contact to support Sales Team reach sales quota and Team Objectives **by taking ownership of operational and administrative tasks to allow sales representative to focus on selling and increase revenue.
Operational activities vary on the end to end sales process (quoting, order admin, account set up, etc.
)**_ How you´ll make your mark: _**- Contributing to the operational business relationship management of large accounts, may manage the operational business relationship of small, domestic accounts.- Conducting moderately complex business analysis.- Solving operational issues, which may require collaboration with cross organizational teams, in support of the customer requirements.- Conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings for projects of moderate to high complexity.- Performing operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and supporting improvement plans.
(Reviews typically include topics such as special pricing, inventory levels and procurement plans, delivery performance, claims, and disputes impacting the financial position of the account).- Advising on operational matters of low complexity to internal clients on peer level.
**_ About you:_**- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.- Typically 2-4 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.- Excellent communication skills (e.G.
written, verbal, presentation); **mastery in English **and local language- Intermediate understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.- Research and analytical skills.- Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.- Developing ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers partners on peer level and one level above.
