We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sales QualityFunctions:- Monitors that sales staff go through the correct sales process and provide customers with the key information of the product/service to make an informed decision, and the proper business requirements & regulatory duties to customers are followed for the sale.- Provide remediation action plan recommendations for gaps identified on the sales quality review- Build and maintain satisfactory working relationships with the sales force- Provide simple to complex analysis on sales quality cases or sales quality trends/issues affecting the sales team- Maintain knowledge of industry, function, product, procedural and system changes to ensure existing programs are enhanced to meet changing needs and Global Standards relating to Sales Quality.Requirements**Required Skills**:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field such as business or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 5 years proven and broad based banking experience or equivalent, including experience in sales, sales management, compliance, sales quality capacity- Thorough knowledge of industry, procedures, products, systems processes and regulations impacting area of responsibility.- Flexible and adaptable being able to handle and priorities competing demands in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders- Excellent English communication skills to be able influence and challenge stakeholders, and communicate clearly with customers.
