The main tasks will be:- Participate in local events across Mexico (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site and remote events, etc)- Understand and participate in full life-cycle recruiting processes for local or remote positions as per company's demand- Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process- Post positions in Recruiting Management (ATS) tool and other available tools (e.G. universities, job boards)- Administrate all the stages of the recruiting processes through RCM system- Support University Ambassadors groups in Mexico- Assist with sourcing efforts via LinkedIn, campus newsletter, etc**What you bring**We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
