**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Join us as the Selling Expense Region Coordinator, supporting the SellEx Director and team in delivering the Selling Expense agenda for a specific region or account.
**Your Impact**As the Selling Expense Region Coordinator, you will:- Drive decisions using P&L knowledge.- Partner with crossfunctional teams to manage P&L expectations for "Controllable" accounts.- Support periodend results and forecast preparation.- Assist in setting selling expense targets by geography or route.- Analyze business results and provide insights to senior management.- Lead reporting and analysis on headcount, staffing, and gotomarket strategies.- Support "workwiths" conducted by the SellEx Director and Market Process Managers.- Manage components of forecasting, strategic planning, and AOP development.- Oversee certain budgets (e.G., Travel & Entertainment, Equipment).- Ensure payment and budgeting for key accounts.- Extract insights from the SellEx Toolkit to focus Zone Business Managers and MPMs.- Share best practices across regions and SellEx Teams.- Drive key region/customer initiatives.- Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business insights.- Collaborate with Sales and Finance on adhoc projects.- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
**People Responsibilities**- Coach and onboard new team members in processes and ways of working.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?
