.Location- Monterrey, MexicoJob IDCategory- Human ResourcesPayroll Specialist:Payroll includes work focused on designing and/or supporting compliance with some/all of the following payroll processes including:Calculating gross and net pay amounts (e.G., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, etc.)Payroll-specific records maintenance (changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, required deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)Reconciliation of payroll records (e.G., payments, deductions, general ledger entries for wages)Payroll data verification and administrationAudit and lead payroll legislation complianceAnswering questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll mattersMay maintain records on vacation, sick leave, etc.Being part of providing services to the entire LEGO organization and in that way make a big difference. The LEGO ways of working reflects dynamic.As Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for delivering a consistent service to all the customers of the Share Service.This means to meet the customers' expectations and provide them with a top professional service, incorporating the LEGO values.Besides this you will be responsible for:Guarantee all Payroll Inputs are processed correctly and on time for more than 4,000 employees for USA.Follow and operate according to policies of Payroll processes, supporting compliance.Develop Business Contingency Plans for natural incidents, legal or technological changes ensuring employee's payments.Ensure high level of Customer Service, using Tone of Voice.Collaborate with colleagues for the benefit of the whole (teammate)Prepare metrics and reporting analysis around Payroll. Ensuring great performance in Payroll Accuracy and Timeliness.Ensure quality on data and Payroll Calculations.Skills:Bachelor ´s degree3-5 years of prior Payroll experience or Human Resources.Experience or understanding of the North America Payroll, regulatory environment and tax rules are preferred.Previous experience working with Payroll Vendors (ADP, EPI USE).Knowledge of Kronos, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday & Chronos.Excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task
