**Job Purpose**:To develop and design supply chain solutions for the most complex projects:- Manage solution design deliverables across highly complex projects- Model scenarios of current and future operational solutions & present and advise alternative cost benefit analysis & value models- Advise the customer in new & innovative solutions which address the customer needs and demonstrate clear solution fit- Support the development of a commercial framework for proposed solution with Business Development & Key Account Managers in order to achieve DSC's growth, contract retention and continuous improvement objectives.
**Requirements**:- Data analysis capabilities of database for designing logistic solutions for multi-sector customers.- Good communication skills with different levels and cross-functional teams.- Efficient time management and follow-up of complex projects with challenging deadlines.- Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
**Key responsibilities**:- Interprets local business needs to develop solution design strategies.- Communicates the objectives and rationale behind the strategy to own team, outlines the steps by which the strategy will be achieved.- Sets clear priorities and keeps the team focused on efforts that add significant value.- Designing solutions to deliver business growth, retain and improve existing business.- Identify & manage Solution design resource requirements.- Manage the budget and resolve spending issues.
