- Main responsibilities:
- Support the creation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of metrics and benchmark to review the performance of the global process and its system(s).
- Support the process super user community, ensuring regular engagement, training (including process & tool demo) and collection of feedback.
- Provide orientation and support to the region and identify areas requiring process and systems reviews.
- Support process reviews in the regions and countries and provide advice to develop and implement action plans to address identified gaps.
- Support the execution of the country/local performance improvement plans.

**Minimum requirements**
- 2-5 years of working experience in procurement market intelligence and analytics capabilities.
- Experience in market research, cost modelling, benchmarking and reporting solutions.
- Solid understanding of procurement market intelligence concepts such as Porter's 5 Forces, SWOT, Kraljic matrix, PESTLE analysis etc.
- Experience handling large data sets and external databases.
- Strong statistical analysis and interpretation skills.
- Expertise in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Advanced communications and presentation skills.
