**About the job**:
As a System Integration Test Manager, you'll help develop Radar, Camera, Lidar and Computing Control Units technologies to enable driving functions such as Emergency Break Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Cross-Traffic-Alert, 3D-Surround-View and other automated driving features.
You will lead all system integration and system integration test activities from planning until test completion to ensure a proven system architectural design for each produced sensor or product.
The System Integration Test Manager at ADAS coordinates all robustness evaluation on all levels towards the design validation and consolidates an overall system integration test strategy for the projects.
**Responsibilities**:
Create the overall system integration test strategy (SYS.4).
Create the design validation strategy for ADAS products.

Ensure the necessary test coverage by defining regression test strategies.
Plan and coordinate to ensure on time execution system integration and design validation test activities.
Serve as primary interface (internal & customer) for system integration related matters.
Assess the overall system maturity for sample deliveries.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field.
Experience providing technical leadership (e.g., test lead, PO, PM, etc.).
Experience working with Embedded Systems (Esp.
HW) in the automotive industry.
Experience in requirements analysis/management
Experience with hardware evaluation methodologies with lab measurements, performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
Willing to travel for training and customer meetings (internationally and/or domestically).
Great oral and presentation skills.
Fluent English.
**Preferred qualifications**:
2+ years on Automotive R&D Experience.
Experience in CA0509615, ISO26262 and/or Automotive SPICE.
Experience with one or more programming languages such as C, C++, CAPL, Java and/or Python.
Experience in automotive communication standards and or protocols.
ISTQB Foundation Level certification, or similar.
