About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
- Deeply explore the needs of partners and develop product plans, including but not limited to partner lead management, partner onboarding, partner growth center, and other modules;
- Continuously iterate based on business development and data performance to provide partners with a convenient and user-friendly operating platform;
- Communicate and collaborate across departments to effectively drive team work and achieve project goals together;
- Complete differentiated design based on the conditions of different countries.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualification**:
- 3+ years of experience in partner product work.
- Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, with a systematic product thinking framework.
- Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills, strong pressure resistance, a sense of ownership.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in managing large-scale project and a sense of ownership are preferred.
