Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local import/export operations and develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. You will also ensure Logistics & Trade compliance activities are performed while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters.

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
This role is contributing to the Process Automation Marine & Ports division for USA from Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Planning, executing, and monitoring transport-related activities within a local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations.Understanding and applying relevant customs procedures and ensuring the relevant declarations are correctly made.Processing daily import/export shipments and ensuring smooth customs clearance via the appointed customs brokers.Ensuring cross border transactions are undertaken in a manner fully compliant with applicable US import/export regulations, as well as ABB's Global Trade Compliance Procedure.Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.
